Our story
Baked small, baked properly.
Flori began with a simple idea: a tiny bakery that does a short list of things, and does them beautifully. Baker Lotte trained in Stockholm before bringing that Scandinavian eye for craft and calm to a sunlit corner on Bishopthorpe Road.
The menu is deliberately small and seasonal — anchored in traditional techniques, slow lamination, and good ingredients. Everything is made on site, by hand, and we like staying closely involved in every step.
It's the kind of place to step in out of the morning, take a quiet moment, and leave with something freshly made.
